This practice does not take insurance, but many patients use the sessions to meet their deductible. The initial visit is $300, and follow up visits are $200. I can provide you with a superbill upon request.

Evaluation and Treatment Sessions: The initial meeting is a consultation, and is meant to determine whether an ongoing treatment relationship makes sense, based on many factors. If mutually agreed upon, follow up sessions can be scheduled and the formal treatment relationship will begin. I see adults for consultation, and medication management. I recommend you have a separate psychotherapist, if you are looking for psychotherapy sessions.
Treatment Focus:
I specialize in Adult ADD/ADHD, with an emphasis on teaching you skills to make the medication most effective at the lowest dosage. This not only involves medication choice and dose selection, but also teaching you skills to avoid tolerance and dependence. Many patients are not aware of the many factors involved in taking stimulants, including the role of different brands of generics vs name brands, dosing, intervals and models of taking the medication safely.
I also focus on positive psychiatry, well-being, mindfulness, meaning, authenticity and achieving your goals in college, in your career, and in your relationships. You are capable of being anything you want…and you are enough just as you are.
